A K Dolven is an artist from Norway, living and working in London as well as Lofoten, a group of islands above the arctic circle in Norway.

Quote: My work circles around how to find balance in life. Balance both personally, politically and socially. I use all kind of tools in this process; sound, film, painting, large site-specific installations as well as drawing and printing. The passing of time and age is another material. I believe that the importance of art first can come to life between the work itself and an onlooker. I consider growing up with art wherever you live to be a right and no luxury.
